Corporate Research Officer
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning - The role focuses on innovating strategic planning, guiding processes, tracking progress, and collaborating with the board to achieve organizational goals efficiently.
- Corporate Planning Initiatives - facilitate expansion through IPO exploration, framework establishment, investment analysis for mergers, nurturing partnerships, and continuous skill improvement.
- Forecasting and Analysis - designing and applying statistical techniques to forecast accurately, involving stakeholders for alignment, and adjusting forecasts based on evaluation of accuracy.
- Scorecard - defining and monitoring KPIs for strategic objectives, providing regular performance reports, and recommending adjustments for improved effectiveness and efficiency.
- Project Management and Collaboration - supports team collaboration for project evaluation and implementation, leads research projects from start to finish, communicates findings clearly to diverse audiences, and manages multiple projects efficiently.
- Corporate Research and Competitive Analysis - conducting thorough market research to identify business opportunities and risks.
- Macroeconomic Analysis - analyzing macroeconomic trends and market conditions to inform business strategy and identify opportunities and risks.
- Process Optimization and Efficiency - optimizes processes for efficiency through collaboration, automation, trend analysis, and data-driven decision support
- Analysis and Reporting - analyzes data from various sources, uses statistical tools for effective presentation, translates findings into actionable recommendations, ensures data integrity, and prepares reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in developing comprehensive business plans, including market analysis, financial projections, and strategic recommendations, to support organizational growth and decision-making.

Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in corporate research, strategic planning, or business analysis roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and research databases.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of work quality and meeting deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work, ensuring data integrity and reliable reporting.
- In-depth understanding of market trends, industry dynamics, and macroeconomic factors affecting business operations.
- Willing to work onsite from Mondays to Saturdays, 8 AM-5 PM.
