Job Description
- Application Development & Support Design, build, deploy, and maintain internal applications, tools, and user interfaces that improve business operations and support AI-driven solutions.
- AI Solutions & Automation Develop AI agents, bots, and automated workflows that reduce manual work, increase productivity, and enhance decision-making across the organization.
- Data Engineering & System Integration Build and manage data pipelines and integrations that connect business systems, support AI applications, and ensure reliable access to data.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with departments and branches to understand business challenges and translate requirements into practical technology solutions.
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation Monitor system performance, resolve issues, maintain code quality, and stay updated on emerging technologies to drive continuous business improvement.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent self-taught experience and strong personal projects are also welcome.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of programming, databases, or web development concepts.
- Familiarity with technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, SQL, AWS, or AI tools is an advantage.
- A portfolio, GitHub repository, capstone project, internship experience, or personal projects that demonstrate technical curiosity and problem-solving skills is a plus.
