SCPA was founded in 1996 by Renato Sio with the simple dream of providing employment for at least 10 Filipinos.
After a long and successful career in the pulp and paper industry, Renato felt it was his turn to give back and be a channel of blessings to others. Motivated beyond personal gain and strongly guided by his Christian faith, he set up a company that was passionate about doing what is right and fair to everyone - from his employees to his customers and his suppliers.
Nearly 25 years later, SCPA has grown to employ over 500 Filipinos nationwide. The company is now under the capable hands of Renato's son, Ven, but the focus on doing good for the employees continue.

He/She must have experience in creating custom reports, making analysis, communicating timely and accurate data for present and future business needs.
The Production Team Leader is responsible to assist the department by coordinating activities required to maintain operation, product quality, proper machinery handling and manpower allocation. This position is also responsible for assisting the Manager in assuring that all production equipment and machine is safely and efficiently operated.
The Branch Unit Team Leader is responsible in overseeing the whole operation of Eastern Visayas Branch (Back Office, Warehouse, Logistics and Sales) and lead the Eastern Visayas Team in achieving the goals of the Satellite. Ensures safety and upkeep of offices, warehouse facilities, monitoring and contributing to the improvement of sales and collection performance.
