This role supports the inventory control team by handling physical inventory and warehouse management, receiving, sorting, taking inventory, verifying stocks condition, and identifying damaged goods, keeping record, distribution of stocks availability.

The Billing Officer is responsible for the overall function of the department that includes receiving, encoding invoicing, preparation of receipts for goods scheduled for delivery and processing both basic and complex client queries regarding purchase orders, timely delivery and billing, adhering to acceptable service level standards of accounts.
