This role supports the inventory control team by handling physical inventory and warehouse management, receiving, sorting, taking inventory, verifying stocks condition, and identifying damaged goods, keeping record, distribution of stocks availability.

  • BILLING OFFICER

    The Billing Officer is responsible for the overall function of the department that includes receiving, encoding invoicing, preparation of receipts for goods scheduled for delivery and processing both basic and complex client queries regarding purchase orders, timely delivery and billing, adhering to acceptable service level standards of accounts.

  • EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

    The Executive Assistant is responsible for managing schedules and communications of key executives of the company. In additional to general administrative work, EA’s may be in charge of producing reports, managing projects or developing presentation materials for their executive leadership.
