KEY ACCOUNT SPECIALIST
The Key Account Specialist is responsible to assist the Key Account Manager in bringing new business from existing Waltermart & Alfamart clients. This role is responsible in establishing good working relationships with key account’s decision-makers and anyone who has influence with respect to the handled categories.
CREDIT AND COLLECTION OFFICER
The Credit & Collection Officer verifies cheques and cash remitted and manages risks associated with customer credits and settlement of overdue balances by enforcing ways to mitigate and resolve payment delays, unclear invoices and occurrences of uncollectible or bad debts and other instances involving delinquent accounts.
The Brand Marketing/Associate is responsible for establishing Marketing initiatives, both above-the-line and below-the-line programs in most cost effective manner. S/he will participate in designing and implementing effective materials to build and strengthen our brands.
WAREHOUSE INVENTORY ANALYST
The Warehouse Inventory Analyst is responsible for processing, monitoring and analyzing, giving accurate reporting of inventory level, focused on minimizing costs while maintaining product availability at the right amount and supply needed. S/He is also responsible for planning and reporting on the progress of inventory reduction initiatives and championing inventory issues.
FINANCIAL PLANNING ANALYST
The Financial Planning Analyst is responsible for the financial planning and analysis of past and current financial data and performance, providing the management with a forecast of the company’s profit, loss and operating performance, future revenue and expenditures.
The Company Nurse is responsible in providing basic healthcare services to employees. The Company Nurse is also responsible for assessing exposure risks, aiding and assisting employee injuries, emergencies and recovery, promoting health through raising awareness and educational promotion.
ACCOUNTING OFFICER - GENERAL ACCOUNTING
The Accounting Officer is responsible for performing highly specialized accounting work required to ensure the accuracy of payroll computations, reports, time sheets of outsourced service providers; making sure that workers are paid correctly and on time.
The HR Officer is responsible for various human resource functions, which includes recruitment, third-party manpower providers management, employee engagement, performance management and providing support to compensation & benefits.
