FLEET COORDINATOR
Job Description
Fleet Management and Compliance- Implements vehicle policies and procedures particularly on safety and security issues
- Facilitates enrollment and/or renewal of insurance of vehicles
- Inspects and records the condition of vehicles by maintaining a weekly checklist and ensuring that vehicle logbooks are accurately filled.
- Implements vehicle policies and procedures particularly on safety and security issues
- Schedules, reviews service center quotation, and endorses vehicles to service center for routine maintenance and repair
- Conducts post-evaluation of vehicles upon release from service center after routine maintenance or repair and cost analysis
- Coordinates with the insurance provider all company vehicular incidents/ accidents
- Prepares report on monthly vehicle usage
- Provides assistance during vehicle purchases and replacements
- Facilitates training for all drivers on basic automotive mechanic skills, daily vehicle inspection, and safety driving
- Scheduling of Driver and Helper
- Performs other related functions as directed by superior
Required Skills
Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelors Degree in Logistics, Auto-mechanic, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- With 2 years experience in fleet maintenance (including trucks), work order management and logistics compliances
- Excellent computer and systems knowledge; strong literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willing to work from 8am-5pm, Monday to Saturday and report on-site at Bagumbayan, Taguig
