Job Description

  • Prepares and prints delivery receipts
  • Prepares daily delivery transmittal schedule, compile and maintain documents and records of all billings
  • Develops, implements, and consistently seeks improvement in policies and procedures for all billing functions
  • Prepares delivery receipts and sales invoices to customer on a daily basis
  • Prepares invoices for delivery. Making ensure that all prices are accurate as to pricelist.
  • Makes delivery transmitter report (DDTS) after delivery for monitoring of invoices returned by customers
  • Assists both internal and external customers by providing account information and solutions with their billing concerns
  • Collaborates with Sales and other stakeholders regarding customer requirements

Required Skills

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Willing to work from 8am-5pm, Monday to Saturday and report on-site at Bagumbayan, Taguig.
