Key Responsiblities:
- FINANCIAL ANALYSIS - conduct detailed financial analysis to understand trends, variances, and financial performance.
- BUDGETING AND FORECASTING - assist in the preparation of annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- REPORTING - develop more complex financial models to analyze trends, variances, and financial outcomes. Ensure accuracy, timelines, and relevance of all financial reporting.
- DATA MANAGEMENT - collect, consolidate, and analyze financial data from various sources to provide timely and accurate financial information.
- SCENARIO ANALYSIS - to evaluate potential financial outcomes based on different assumptions.
- STAKEHOLDER COLLABORATION - work closely with various departments to gather date, understand financial needs, and provide financial insights.
- COMPLIANCE - ensure financial activities comply with internal policies and external regulations.
- CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT - identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance financial analysis and reporting capabilities.

The Financial Planning Analyst is responsible for maintaining the financial health of the company. This role involves analyzing financial data, developing budgets, and creating forecasts. They actionable insights and recommendations to management, supporting strategic decisions and efficient resource allocation.Required Skills
Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and/or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in data and financial analysis.
- Experienced in financial modeling and forecasting.
- Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Skilled in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong background in strategic financial planning and financial strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willing to work onsite, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM (flexible schedule) in Bagumbayan, Taguig (near Waltermart Bicutan)
