Job Description
Strategic Business Partnership- Serve as a strategic partner to branch and operations leaders in developing and executing workforce strategies aligned with annual operating plans, productivity targets, and growth objectives.
- Leverage workforce analytics, business data, and labor market intelligence to drive organizational design, manpower optimization, and long-term talent sustainability.
- Contribute to strategic planning initiatives, including expansion and restructuring efforts, by identifying people-related risks and implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
- Provide local market insights and analytical support on compensation and benefits in collaboration with Head Office to ensure competitiveness and data-driven decision-making.
- Lead workforce planning and recruitment strategies aligned with expansion goals
- Build talent pipelines for critical and high-impact roles
- Ensure hiring decisions support long-term operational capability, not just short-term headcount needs
- Elevate hiring quality and time-to-productivity metrics
- Own relationships with manpower agencies and external workforce providers
- Drive SLA accountability, compliance, and performance standards
- Evaluate vendor effectiveness based on business outcomes (quality, retention, productivity)
- Partner with leaders to strengthen performance accountability and operational discipline
- Use workforce metrics (attendance, attrition, productivity trends) to guide decision-making
- Support leaders in addressing performance gaps and improving team effectiveness
- Drive initiatives that improve retention, stability, and workforce reliability
- Champion a high-performance, ownership-driven culture
- Implement engagement strategies tied to measurable retention outcomes
- Act as escalation point for employee relations concerns
- Strengthen leadership capability in managing people effectively
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years progressive HR experience, preferably in fast-paced or operations-driven environments
