Job Description
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and factory supplies to ensure availability for production.
- Track stock movement, identify discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Process transfer orders, receipts, and inventory transactions using systems such as NetSuite and WMS.
- Coordinate shipments of materials with branches, logistics, and external partners.
- Conduct cycle counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Monitor critical stock levels and support forecasting and replenishment of materials.
- Report inventory issues, damaged goods, and discrepancies to head office and relevant counterparts.
- Oversee proper storage and organization of warehouse materials and supplies.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, or related field
- At least 1–3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain role
- Experience using inventory systems (e.g., NetSuite, WMS, SAP, or similar platforms) is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in handling data and stock records
- Good coordination and communication skills for working with internal teams and external partners
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for reporting and tracking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
