Job Description
- Supervise daily plant operations to ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
- Monitor production schedules, workflows, and equipment performance for operational efficiency.
- Oversee maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure machine reliability.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company policies and procedures.
- Lead and support plant personnel to achieve productivity and performance goals.
- Identify operational issues and implement process improvements to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely production and delivery of quality products.
- Prepare and monitor production reports and operational performance metrics.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical ) or related field
- Licensed Engineer
- At least 3-5 years experience in manufacturing or plant operations
- At least 2 years experience in supervisory role
- Expertise in production processes and workflows, quality control ( standards and inspections ), maintenance is a must
- Knowledge in safety standards and compliance ( OSHA or local equivalents )
- Must be a resident of Dagupan City or nearby towns and municipalities.
