Job Description
- Perform regular inspections, servicing, and preventive maintenance of production machinery.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Collaborate with production teams to monitor equipment functionality and address mechanical concerns promptly.
- Assist in equipment setup and calibration for manufacturing processes.
- Identify mechanical faults, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure timely resolution of breakdowns to minimize production disruptions.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Report equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
Required Skills
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Manufacturing or Heavy Industrial Plant environment. Blend on hands-on machinery
- Hands on experience in equipment troubleshooting, preventive & predictive maintenance (PPM), knowledge on Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) System, vendor & contractor.
- Must be willing to be to work in shifting schedule and assigned in Bankal, Mactan, Lapu-Lapu City.
