Job Description
- Manage storage operations
- Ensure proper stock placement based on warehouse layout and recommendations from the Warehouse Planner
- Monitor and ensure compliance with FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) procedures
- Monitor the quality and condition of finished goods stored in the warehouse
- Oversee finished goods replenishment between facilities
- Supervise and monitor the performance and efficiency of third-party warehouse personnel

Work Experience
At least 1 year of relevant experience in:- Warehouse operations and inventory management
- Storage facility management
- Receiving, dispatching, and stock monitoring
- Coordination with suppliers and service providers
- Documentation and report preparation
Skills and Competencies
- Knowledge of warehouse and inventory processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using ERP
- Willing to render shifting schedule (day shift-night shift)
