Job Description
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure accurate stock records, regular inventory counts, and proper use of warehouse systems.
- Supervise handling and verification of finished goods, including identification of damaged items.
- Monitor workflow to ensure safe, efficient, and timely warehouse operations.
- Maintain productivity targets and coordinate with teams for smooth stock availability and distribution.
- Enforce warehouse safety standards and operational procedures.
Required Skills
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor's degree in related field
- Must have at least 2-3 years experience in warehouse operations and inventory control
- With 1-2 years in a supervisory leadership role
- Expertise is managing stock levels, conducting regular stock counts, and ensuring accurate inventory records.
- Proficiency in using inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other WMS )
- Must be a resident of Dagupan City or nearby towns and municipalities
